The Annunciation | Bananas | 2015

Artist Statement: Wanting to live up to the hashtag #bananart I like to pay homage to pieces of art from historic artists. This piece is based on an Early Renaissance fresco (ca.1450) by Fra Angelico in the Convent of San Marco in Florence, Italy.
